My band, The Click Five, is a rock pop boy band formed in 2003. My main message of my design is about The Click Five being successful in Asia. Therefore I designed my poster with a timeline in a choronological order display.
The narrative of the story is about when The Click Five was formed, how the band members had gone through during the years, and what songs made them famous in Asia.
In my design strategies, I used the ‘dress’ to represent the number of female fans in the USA and in Asia. I designed a broken micrphone wire to indicate that there was a change in the band lead singer. I also illustrated out by using the instruments to represent each of their roles in the band group, as well as, their mob hairstyle.
For the title of my band name, I used the Chinese Rock Regular font as they come from the pop band. I used blue-green (turquoise) and black colours for the font to give an outstanding appeal to the infographic poster. I also used yellow colour as my background poster.
In my chronogical timeline, it is a microphone wire, broken and connected, to represent the history of The Click Five during their music career. Nonetheless, The Click Five had been successful in Asia and they had officially disbanded in 2013.
